甘氨双唑钠调强放射治疗口腔癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨甘氨双唑钠用于口腔癌调强放射治疗(简称放疗)的临床疗效。方法选取医院2016年至2018年收治的口腔癌患者56例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各28例。两组患者均予调强放疗,原发病灶(GTV)及淋巴结转移灶(GTVnd)照射剂量为66~70 Gy,相应淋巴结引流区预防照射剂量为50~60 Gy;治疗组患者在放疗前1 h静脉滴注甘氨双唑钠注射液800 mg/m^2,每周3次,至放疗结束。结果治疗组有效率为89.29%,显著高于对照组的64.29%(P<0.05);两组疾病控制率相当(96.43%比92.86%,P>0.05);治疗组达到完全缓解和有效所需放疗剂量均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论甘氨双唑钠对口腔癌调强放疗有增敏作用,且不会增加放疗不良反应。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of sodium glycididazole in intensity-modulated radiotherapy(IMRT)of oral cancer.Methods Fifty-six patients with oral cancer in the hospital from 2016 to 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,28 cases in each group.Both groups were given IMRT.The exposed dose of gross tumor volume(GTV)and gross tumor volume node(GTVnd)was 66-70 Gy,and the preventive exposed dose for the corresponding lymph node drainage area was 50-60 Gy.The treatment group received an intravenous drip of 800 mg/m^2 of glycididazole sodium injection 1 h before radiotherapy,3 times a week until the end of radiotherapy.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 89.29%,which was significantly higher than 64.29%in the control group;the disease control rate of the two groups was equivalent(96.43%vs.92.86%,P>0.05);the radiation dose required to achieve complete remission and effectiveness in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion Sodium Glydidazole has a sensitization effect on IMRT for oral cancer,and does not increase the adverse effects of radiotherapy.
