摘　　要：介绍了单系列能力为1000 kt/a的超大型硫磺制酸装置的设计及建造难点、设计特点、长周期运行效果、操作和维护经验以及相关问题的发现和处理方法。该超大型硫磺制酸装置投产15年以来,通过对装置的精心操作和维护,实现了装置的长期稳定运行,转化率、吸收率等各项工艺指标都已经达到或超过设计要求。The design and construction difficulties,design features,long-term operation effect,operation and maintenance experience of very large-scale sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant with a single series capacity of 1000 kt/a are introduced,as well as the discovery and treatment of related problems.Since the super large sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant was put into operation for 15 years,the long-term stable operation of the unit has been realized through careful operation and maintenance of the unit.The process indexes such as conversion rate and absorption rate have reached or exceeded the design requirements.
