摘 要:全域旅游与体验经济时代背景下,旅游景区必须与当地的旅游交通、餐饮、住宿、娱乐、购物和旅行社、其它景区等旅游企业配合,统筹优化景区内外部的旅游产品开发,增强游客的参与感、获得感、满足感,提升游客体验满意度。结合当前芜湖市“花海类”旅游景区经营现状与游客体验需求,从产品结构设计层面提出芜湖市“花海类”旅游景区业态创新与游客体验提升途径,在满足爱花、赏花、养花、护花等旅游体验需求的同时,实现旅游景区的快速、健康与可持续发展。Under the time background of all-for-one tourism and experiencing economy,it is necessary for the tourist attractions to cooperate with other local industries in terms of transportation,catering,accommodation,entertainment,shopping and other tourism enterprises such as travel agencies,other tourist attractions,etc.,to optimize tourism product development inside and outside the tourist attractions through overall planning,thus enhancing tourists’sense of engagement,gain and gratification,as well as improving their experiencing satisfaction.Considering the operation status quo of Wuhu’s"flower sea"tourist attractions and tourists’experiencing needs,the authors give some suggestionsfor Wuhu’s"flower sea"tourist attractions on theirbusiness format innovation and tourists’experience satisfaction improvement in terms of product structure design,in the hope to help realize the rapid,healthy and sustainable development of tourist attractions whilesatisfying tourists’needs at the same time,such as caring for flowers,appreciating flowers,fostering flowers,and protecting flowers.
