摘 要:深海作业遇险人员搜救体系具有联合指挥高效、方法灵活多样、装备成体系、训练针对性强等特点。本研究报告主要围绕深海作业这一平台,分析深海作业事故特点,从力量、指挥、装备、技术等方面分析救援需求,提出初步行动方案,构建深海作业遇险人员搜救体系,理清建设思路,为深海作业遇险人员搜救体系的建设和发展助力。The search and rescue system for the person in distress in deep sea operations has the characteristics of high efficiency of joint command,flexible and diverse methods,systematic equipment,and highly targeted training.This article focused on the operation platform of deep sea operations,analyzed the characteristics of accidents in deep sea operations and the requirements of the joint rescue from the aspects of recue force,command,equipment,technology,etc.,and put forward a preliminary action plan for constructing the search and rescue system for person in distress in deep sea operations,so as to contribute to the construction of search and rescue system for people in distress in deep sea operations.
