复方莪术油栓联合克霉唑阴道片治疗老年性阴道炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究复方莪术油栓联合克霉唑阴道片治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年6月—2019年6月在平顶山市第二人民医院治疗的120例老年性阴道炎患者为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各60例。对照组给予克霉唑阴道片,1片/次,1次/d;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予复方莪术油栓,1枚/次,1次/d。两组患者持续治疗10 d。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较两组临床症状缓解时间、阴道pH值、病原菌检出率、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)量表评分、阴道灌洗液炎性因子水平。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组白带减少时间、外阴瘙痒、外阴阴道疼痛、黏膜充血消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者阴道酸碱度(pH)值、病原菌检出率均显著降低,GQOLI-74量表评分显著升高(P<0.05);且治疗组指标改善较多(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者阴道灌洗液白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平显著降低(P<0.05);并且治疗组阴道灌洗液中细胞因子水平降低较多(P<0.05)。结论复方莪术油栓联合克霉唑阴道片治疗老年性阴道炎具有较好的临床疗效,可缓解临床症状,提高患者生活质量,降低患者阴道灌洗液中细胞因子水平。Objective To study the curative effect of Compound Zedoary Turmeric Oil Suppository combined with Cremezole Vaginal Tablets in treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods Patients(120 cases)with senile vaginitis in Pingdingshan the Second People’s Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups,and each group had 60 cases.Patients in the control group were given Cremezole Vaginal Tablets,1 tablet/time,once daily.Patients in the treatment group were given Compound Zedoary Turmeric Oil Suppository on the basis of the control group,1 piece/time,once daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 10 d.After treatment,the clinical efficacies were evaluated,and clinical symptom remission time,vaginal pH value,pathogen detection rate,GQOLI-74 scale score,the levels of IL-8,IL-6,and TNF-αin vaginal lavage fluid of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the disappearance time of vaginal discharge,vulva pruritus,vulvovaginal pain,and mucosal congestion in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the vaginal pH value and the pathogen detection rate in two groups were significantly decreased,but the GQOLI-74 scale score in two groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).And the related indexes in the treatment group were improved more than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-8,IL-6,and TNF-αin two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).And the levels of cytokines in the vaginal lavage fluid of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Zedoary Turmeric Oil Suppository combined with Cremezole Vaginal Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of senile vaginitis,can alleviate the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the level of c
