前列舒丸联合赛洛多辛治疗前列腺增生症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究前列舒丸联合赛洛多辛胶囊治疗前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法选取2018年10月—2019年10月在河南大学淮河医院治疗的80例前列腺增生症患者为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例。对照组患者口服赛洛多辛胶囊,1粒/次,2次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服前列舒丸,1袋/次,3次/d。两组患者接受治疗时间为4周。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较两组的国际前列腺症状评分表(IPSS)评分、生活质量(QOL)评分、前列腺体积(PV)、最大尿流率(Qmax)、膀胱残余尿量(Ru)、血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)水平。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为77.50%、92.50%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者IPSS和QOL评分显著降低(P<0.05);且治疗组IPSS和QOL评分降低较多(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者Ru、PV值显著降低,Qmax值显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组临床症状改善程度较大(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清PSA、T水平明显下降,血清E2水平明显升高(P<0.05);且治疗组血清学指标水平改善较多(P<0.05)。结论前列舒丸联合赛洛多辛胶囊治疗前列腺增生症具有较好的治疗效果,能提高患者生活质量,改善临床症状和血清学指标。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Qianlieshu Pills combined with Silodosin Capsules in treatment of prostatic hyperplasia.Methods Patients(80 cases)with prostatic hyperplasia in Huaihe Hospital of Henan University from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups,and each group had 40 cases.Patients in the control group were po administered with Silodosin Capsules,1 grain/time,twice daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qianlieshu Pills on the basis of the control group,1 bag/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks.After treatment,the clinical efficacies were evaluated,and IPSS scores,QOL scores,PV,Qmax,Ru,the serum levels of PSA,T,and E2 in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 77.50%and 92.50%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the IPSS and QOL scores of two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the IPSS and QOL scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Ru and PV values of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the Qmax value was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the clinical symptoms of the treatment group were significantly improved than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum level of PSA and T in two groups were significantly decreased,and the serum level of E2 in two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).And the serological index level of the treatment group was more significantly improved than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qianlieshu Pills combined with Silodosin Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of prostatic hyperplasia,can improve the quality of life of patients,improve clinical symptoms and serological indicators.
