摘　　要：2019年底新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情爆发,在国家大力举措下,通过中西医结合治疗,使中国疫情得到有效控制。中医药自古以来在同疫病斗争中积累了宝贵经验和理论,经受了历史考验。文章从运用伏邪温病发病机制探讨中医药在治疗新冠肺炎中的优势,利用古人对伏邪温病总结的发展规律指导新冠肺炎的临床治疗,实现古为今用,为治疗新冠肺炎提供了新的辨治思路。At the end of 2019,the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)broke out.Under the vigorous measures of the state,epidemic situation has been effectively controlled through integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment in China.Traditional Chinese medicine has accumulated valuable experience and theories in the fight against epidemics since ancient times,and has stood the test of history.This article discusses the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of COVID-19 by using the pathogenesis of febrile disease caused by incubating pathogens,and the development rule summarized by the ancients was used to guide the clinical treatment of COVID-19,so as to make the past serve the present and provide a new way of differentiation and treatment for COVID-19.
