黄素英三分阶段整体调治不孕症的临证思路探析

摘　　要：黄素英主任学验俱丰,治疗不孕症的学术经验和临证思路独具特色。临证常常运用三分阶段、整体调治法。孕前阶段调经为先,未病先防;备孕阶段补肾助孕,整体调治;孕后阶段补肾安胎,养治结合。本法特色鲜明,疗效显著,值得深入学习和推广应用。Director HUANG Suying has distinctive clinical perspectives and extensive academic experiences in the treatment of infertility using traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Clinical practice often use a three-stage,holistic approach.Pre-pregnancy stage focuses on proper management of menstruation and preventing possible causes of infertility;pregnancy-preparation stage focuses on tonifying the kidneys and comprehensive treatment for successful fertilization;pregnancy stage focuses on replenishing the kidneys for preventing miscarriage.This method has distinctive features and remarkable curative effects,and is worthy of in-depth study and promotion.
