摘　　要：心肌梗死后心力衰竭(简称心梗后心衰)作为心肌梗死患者最常见、最危险的并发症,给人们的健康和生活带来了极大的威胁。以吴以岭教授创立的"脉络学说"为理论指导研制出的通心络胶囊作为通络代表方药,经研究证实,可改善心梗后心衰的心功能、增加心排血量,降低血清炎症因子水平,减少心肌再灌注损伤及无复流现象,减慢心室重构的进程,延缓心梗后心衰的进展,显著降低心梗后心衰的病死率,改善患者预后。Heart failure after myocardial infarction(post infarction heart failure)as the most common and dangerous complication of patients with myocardial infarction,has brought great threat to people’s health and life.Tongxinluo Capsule,which was developed under the guidance of“vessel-collateral theory”founded by Professor WU Yiling,is a representative prescription for dredging collaterals.It has been proved by research that it can improve heart function,increase cardiac output,reduce serum inflammatory factors level,reduce myocardial reperfusion injury and no reflow phenomenon,slow down the process of ventricular remodeling,delay the progress of post infarction heart failure,significantly reduce the mortality of heart failure after myocardial infarction and improve the prognosis of patients.
