摘 要:对原位微区分析标准样品制备技术(熔融玻璃法、粉末压片法、压制烧结法、直接采用天然均匀矿物法及人工晶体合成法等)的研究进展进行了综述,分析了各种方法的优缺点并介绍了各自的应用领域,尤其是深空探索领域,并对陶瓷制备技术在微区分析标准样品研制中的应用前景进行了展望(引用文献53篇)。Research process of the preparation techniques(i.e.,glass fusing method,powder pressing method,powder pressing method,pressing-sintering method,natural mineral picking method,synthetic crystal preparing method and other preparation methods)of reference materials for in-situ micro-area analysis were reviewed,the advantages and disadvantages of each method were analyzed,their related application fields were introduced,especially in deep space exploration,and the application prospects of preparation techniques of ceramic in preparation of reference materials of micro-area analysis were made(53 references cited).
