摘  要:案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)、问题式教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)是临床教学中常用的教学方法,但其各有优点和局限性。一氧化碳中毒具有高发病率、高死亡率的特点,发病有季节性,一直以来均是我国职业危害及生活中毒的第一位。一氧化碳中毒涉及多个器官、系统缺氧性损害,无特异性临床表现,加之临床课堂教学时间少,非高压氧专业人员容易忽略对该病的深入学习,造成临床误诊、漏诊。本文在一氧化碳中毒的教学中,通过探讨应用CBL结合PBL的联合教学模式,使其取长补短,让学生通过实际病案生动理解并掌握知识点,再以问题为导向建立独立思考能力,提高教学质量及学生满意度,最终使同学们达到掌握一氧化碳中毒的疾病特点并有助于提高临床诊治水平。Case-based learning(CBL) and problem-based learning(PBL) are two commonly methods which be used in clinical teaching, they have their advantages and limitations, respectively.Carbon monoxide poisoning has the characteristics of high morbidity and high mortality, and the incidence of carbon monoxide poisoning is seasonal, it has been the first occupational hazard and life poisoning in China. Carbon monoxide poisoning causes hypoxic damage in multiple organs and systems, it has no specific clinical manifestations. In addition, with few instruction period available, non-hyperbaric oxygen professionals tend to neglect in-depth study of the disease, resulting in clinical misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. This essay discusses the application of two teaching methods: CBL and PBL in the teaching of carbon monoxide poisoning. The two academic instructions complement each other in the teaching. The combination of these models leads students to vividly understand and master the vital knowledge through actual medical record;and furthermore, establish their independent thinking skills through problem orientation. These models will also improve the quality of teaching and invigorate student feedbacks and satisfaction, and eventually help students to master the knowledge and characteristics of carbon monoxide poisoning and improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment experiences.
