摘 要:目的研究硫辛酸对糖尿病足Wagner2、3级患者氧化应激及炎症指标的作用。方法纳入某院从2016年3月-2018年3月收治的Wagner2、3级患者84例进行研究,将其按照随机抽签法等分成研究组及常规组。常规组实施常规治疗,研究组则在常规治疗的基础上予以硫辛酸治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后氧化应激及炎症反应相关指标水平变化情况,不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组AOPPs、MDA水平均显著低于常规组,而SOD水平均显著高于常规组(均P<0.05)。治疗后研究组血清VCAM-1、FGF2、IL-6水平均显著低于常规组(均P<0.05)。研究组及常规组在头晕、心悸、烦躁、局部发红发生率方面对比均不明显(均P>0.05)。结论硫辛酸应用于糖尿病足Wagner 2、3级患者中效果显著,有利于改善患者的氧化应激及炎症反应,安全性较好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effects of lipoic acid on oxidative stress and inflammatory indicators in Wagner 2 and 3 degree patients with diabetic foot.Methods 84 Wagner grade 2 and 3 degree patients admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were included in the study, and were divided into the study group and the conventional group according to the random lottery method. Conventional treatment was given to the conventional group and lipoic acid was given to the study group on the basis of conventional treatment. The two groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy, changes in the level of oxidative stress and inflammatory response before and after treatment, and occurrence of adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of AOPPs and MDA in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group, while the levels of SOD were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(all P< 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of VCAM-1, FGF2 and IL-6 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(all P < 0.05). The incidence of dizziness, palpitations, irritability and local redness was not significantly compared between the study group and the conventional group(all P>0.05).Conclusion The application of lipoic acid in Wagner 2 and 3 degree patients with diabetic foot has a significant effect, which is conducive to improving the oxidative stress and inflammatory response of patients, and has a good safety, indicating the clinical promotion and application.
