摘 要:在波瓣排气混合器内、外涵面积不变的情况下,建立了某型车载燃气轮机波瓣排气混合器不同波瓣数下的数值计算模型,通过三维数值模拟,得到了不同波瓣数对波瓣混合器的热混合效率、总压恢复系数以及引射系数的影响规律。以波瓣排气混合器为试验对象,在燃气轮机上进行了试验验证。结果表明:在波瓣数12~24范围内,在波瓣尾缘后,热混合效率随波瓣数的增加而增大,总压恢复系数随波瓣数的增加而减小,引射系数随波瓣数的增加先增大后减小,但引射系数变化很小。Numerical simulation models of a lobe exhaust ejector for different lobe numbers were created with the areas of inner duct and out duct kept constant in vehicle gas turbine engine.Through the three-dimensional numerical simulation,the effects of different lobe numbers on the thermal mixing efficiency,total-pressure recovery coefficient and ejector coefficient were obtained.In this paper,lobe exhaust ejectors were studied and the experiment was carried out on the gas turbine engine.The results of the tests show that with the increase of lobe numbers from 12 to 24,at the mixing zone of the lobe trailing edge,thermal mixing efficiency has the trend of increasing,total-pressure recovery coefficient decreases.And ejector coefficient firstly increases and then decreases,but ejector coefficient varies little.
