摘 要:针对某电厂660 MW塔式燃煤锅炉投产后出现再热蒸汽两侧偏差大、再热器管壁易超温导致额定负荷下的再热蒸汽无法达到设计值的问题,以该电厂1号锅炉为研究对象,通过比较燃烧器摆角整体摆动、单个角摆动和磨煤机组合方式对高温再热器管壁温度的影响特性,摸索出了影响再热器管壁温度的规律,通过对每个角燃烧器摆角区别化设置,基本消除了再热蒸汽两侧偏差和管壁超温的现象,再热蒸汽温度也达到了设计值:660 MW负荷下,在再热器管壁温度不超温的前提下,再热蒸汽两侧的偏差由调整前的8.5℃降低至1.6℃;再热蒸汽温度平均值由608.9℃提升至619.3℃。Since the 660 MW tower coal-fired boiler was put into operation,the deviation of reheat steam on both sides is large,and the wall of reheater is prone to overtemperature,which results in that the reheat steam under rated load cannot reach the design value,seriously affecting the overall safety and economy of the unit.With No.1 boiler of this power plant as the research object,aiming at the problem that the wall of reheater is prone to overtemperature under high load,this paper compares the influence characteristics of burner swing angle on the wall temperature of high-temperature reheater by overall swing,single angle swing and the combination of pulverizer,and explores the law that affects the wall temperature of reheater.Setting the swing angle of each angle burner differently will eliminate the problems of reheater wall overtemperature and the deviation of both sides of hot steam.The temperature of reheated steam also reaches the design value.Under 660 MW load,when the wall temperature of reheater is not over temperature,the deviation of both sides of reheater steam is reduced from 8.5℃before adjustment to 1.6℃after adjustment.Meanwhile,the average temperature of reheater steam is increased from 608.9℃before adjustment to 619.3℃after adjustment.The optimization effect is significant.
