摘 要:为进一步回收加热炉烟气中余热,提高加热炉综合热效率,对首钢京唐热轧厂加热炉烟气温度、压力等进行测试分析,并对烟气余热回收锅炉技术参数和实施可行性进行研究。结果表明:通过强制排烟,在烟道外增加一套余热回收系统,在保持加热炉生产稳定的前提下,将烟气温度由300℃以上降低至180℃以下,实现余热能源的二次利用。该余热回收系统采用双压锅炉技术,高温段烟气产生的中压蒸汽进入厂区管网;低温段烟气产生的低压蒸汽供给加热炉汽化冷却系统除氧器使用,实现了能源的高效梯级利用。开发了双限幅炉压控制系统,通过两侧余热回收装置受热面、烟道完全对称布置,提高了加热炉炉压的控制效果。实际应用后,烟气最终排放温度由310~350℃降低至180℃以下;蒸汽回收量达到8 t/h,炉压波动范围由-11~30 Pa降低至4~16 Pa,取得良好效果。To further recover the residual heat in the flue gas of heating furnace and improve the comprehensive thermal efficiency of reheating furnace,measurement and analysis of temperature and pressure of flue gas of heating furnace in hot rolling plant of Shougang Jingtang are carried out.The technical parameters and feasibility of flue gas heat recovery boiler are studied.Results show that through forced smoke extraction adding a waste heat recovery system outside the flue and keeping the heating furnace stable,under the premise of keeping stable production of heating furnace the flue gas temperature is reduced from above 300℃to below 180℃,and the secondary utilization of the waste heat energy is realized.The waste heat recovery system adopts double pressure boiler technology;the medium-pressure steam produced by the flue gas in the high-temperature section enters the pipe network of the plant,and the low-pressure steam produced by the flue gas in the low-temperature section supplies the deaerator of the vaporization cooling system of the heating furnace,realizing the high-efficient cascade utilization of energy.The pressure control system of double limiting furnace is developed.The heating surface and the flue are arranged symmetrically through the waste heat recovery device.The practical application shows the final exhaust temperature of flue gas decreases from 310℃-350℃to below 180℃,the steam recovery reaches 8 t/h,and the range of pressure fluctuation decreases from-11 Pa^30 Pa to 4 Pa^16 Pa.
