延伸护理在H型高血压患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨延伸护理模式对H型高血压患者疾病认识、生活方式和自我管理的影响。方法H型高血压患者200例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100例,出院时评估2组患者对疾病知识、防治知识、用药知识、运动、心理、饮食、服药依存性的差异,出院后试验组予以延续性护理干预,对照组无护理干预,并且比较2组出院时和出院后的各指标得分差异。结果试验组和对照组未予以干预时各指标的得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后试验组疾病知识、防治知识、用药知识、运动、心理、饮食、服药依存性、血Hcy治疗有效率得分优于对照组(P<0.05),试验组干预后的各指标得分优于干预前(P<0.05),对照组出院后的各指标得分低于出院时;试验组的高血压控制率和护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施护理延伸服务有利于提高H型高血压患者的自我管理和血压的防治,具有较高的临床推广和使用价值。Objective To investigate the application effects of extended nursing mode on disease recognition,life style and self-management of patients with H-type hypertension.Methods A total of 200 patients with H-type hypertension who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 100 patients in each group.At the time of discharging from hospital,the differences between the two groups in disease knowledge,prevention and control knowledge,drug use knowledge,exercise,psychology,diet and drug dependence were evaluated.After discharge,the patients in observation group were given continuous nursing intervention,however,the patients in control group did not give nursing intervention.The scores of each index were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention there were no significant differences in the scores of the indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention the scores of the indexes in observation group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).And the scores of the indexes in control group after discharge were significantly lower than those in observation group(P<0.05).Moreover the hypertension control rate and nursing satisfaction degree in observation group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of extension nursing service is conducive to the improvement of self-management and blood pressure prevention and treatment in patients with H-type hypertension,which is of important significance in clinical application and promotion.
