摘  要:微型砷化镓太阳电池模块是一款微型光伏发电单元,采用N片宇航级三结砷化镓太阳电池,平均转换效率30.0%(AM0,1sun,1 367 W/m^2,25℃)。通常情况下,在面积受限、高功率输出、环境耐受性好的需求背景下,使用宇航级三结砷化镓太阳电池模块更具优势。在地面使用环境下,单片砷化镓太阳电池的标准设计电压是2.75 V,工作电流是14.8mA(面积15.15 mm×7.5 mm),采用2S2P的结构设计了微型砷化镓太阳电池模块,其最佳输出功率为158 mW,适用于可穿戴、物联网、野生动物追踪、保护和定位器等领域,可作为一次电源直接为储能电源或电子类产品供电。Micro-module of GaAs solar cell is one of micro-modules related to photovoltaic unit which could produce electricity.It is made of N slices of aerospace grade triple-junction GaAs solar cell assembly,and its average transform efficiency is 30%(AM0,1 sun,1367 W/m^2,25℃).Generally,under the condition of limited area,high output of power and friendly aerospace environment from customers,aerospace grade triple-junction GaAs solar cell assembly is one of the best selections that could be perfectly matched.Under the ground photovoltaic application,the standard designed voltage of single slice of GaAs is 2.75 V,while the standard designed current is 14.8 mA(aera 15.15 mm×7.5 mm).Micro-module solar cell was designed by 2S2P structure with the output power of 158 mW.Micro-module solar cell assembly could be used in a wide range of fields,such as wearable devices,Internet of Things,tracking and protecting of wild animals,and other different location devices,which could directly supply energy for energy storage power supply or direct instant energy for any electronic devices.
