摘  要:提出一种基于卫星测试用电源和电子负载的蓄电池模拟器实现方法,采用接口电路和合理的上位机软件来控制系统充放电状态和蓄电池特性设置。控制软件由系统功能控制模块、仪器通讯采集与控制模块、模拟与计算模块、数据存储模块、人机界面五个模块构成,共同完成蓄电池模拟器的遥测遥控、采样、保护和计算等功能。提出一种电源和电子负载的设置方案,使得蓄电池模拟器在充放电状态之间可以平滑切换。通过硬件开关,可完成蓄电池输出电压近端控制和远端控制的切换。通过软件,蓄电池模拟器既可工作在恒定模式,又可工作在曲线模式。提出的蓄电池模拟器方案,既提高了效率和保护点测试时的准确度,又能满足蓄电池Taper充电功能的测试需求,同时也降低了开发成本。最后,通过仿真和实验验证了该方案的可行性。This paper proposed a design of battery simulator for satellite power conditioning unit(PCU)test based on sources and electric loads.The interface circuit and the PC software were designed to simulate the charge and discharge of batteries.The control software consisted of the system function module,instrument communication acquisition and control module,simulation and calculation module,data storage module and man-machine interface,which was used to achieve telemetry,telecommand,sampling,protection and calculation.A new set of DC sources and electric loads was proposed.And the battery simulator transferred between charge and discharge status smoothly.The output voltage could be controlled by the near-end sampling or the remote one.And the battery simulator could operate both in constant mode and in curve mode.The scheme satisfies the requirements of satellite PCU test,achieves high efficiency with low cost and improves accuracy.The simulation and tests validates the above structure and control.
