摘 要:采用飞灰和水菱镁石水合搅拌制备飞灰/水菱镁石新型复合脱硫剂,模拟湿法烟气脱硫过程,采用正交实验分析法探讨了液固比(质量比)、反应温度、搅拌速度以及鼓泡深度4个因素对脱硫效率的影响。结果发现:复合脱硫剂的比表面积增大,这有利于该复合脱硫剂与气相SO 2的接触和反应,因而提高了脱硫效率。复合脱硫剂的最佳反应组合:液固比为15.0∶1.0、反应温度为常温(20℃)、搅拌速度为150 r/min、鼓泡深度为2.0 cm,该条件下脱硫效率为98.58%。A new-type composite desulphurizer of fly ash/hydromagnesite was prepared by mixing ash and hydromagnesite in the experiment.Then,the wet flue gas desulfurization process was simulated,so that the desulfurization performance of the composite desulphurizer was investigated.The effect of four factors(the liquid-solid ratio(mass ratio),the reaction temperature,the stirring speed and the bubbling depth)on the desulfurization efficiency were studied by using orthogonal analysis method.The results showed that the specific surface area of the composite desulfurizer was increased.This was beneficial to the contact and reaction between SO 2 and the composite desulfurizer,thereby improving its desulfurization efficiency.The optimal reaction combination of the composite desulfurizer was liquid-solid ratio of 15.0∶1.0,the reaction temperature of normal temperature(20℃),the stirring speed of 150 r/min and the bubbling depth of 2.0 cm.The desulfurization efficiency of the composite desulfurizer was 98.58%.
