摘 要:把再生核桃壳-沸石复合填料用于曝气生物滤池(BAF)处理有机含铬废水,优化了BAF运行的水力负荷条件,考察了污染物去除的沿程变化特性。结果表明,再生核桃壳-沸石复合填料比表面积和孔体积增大,抗压强度符合《水处理用人工陶粒滤料》(CJ/T 299—2008)的标准要求,BAF启动和耐铬微生物驯化效果好。在水力负荷0.12 m 3/(m 2·h)、水力停留时间12 h、DO>5 mg/L的优化条件下,COD、氨氮和总铬去除率可维持在98%左右。填料层高度为45 cm基本可实现污染物的去除。研究可指导复合填料的重复利用,有利于节约资源。Regenerated walnut shell and zeolite composite packing was applided in biological aerated filter(BAF)to treat organic chromium-containing wastewater.Hydraulic load operaing condition was optimized.The pollutants removal characteristics along the way was studied.Results showed that the composite packing had higher specific surface area and pore volume after regenerating.The compression strength of the composite packing met“Artifical ceramsite filter material for water treatement”(CJ/T 299-2008).BAF gained excellent efficienay on startup and Cr-bearing miroorganis domestication.When the optimal operation parameters were hydraulic load of 0.12 m 3/(m 2·h),hydraulic retention time of 12 h and DO>5 mg/L,the removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total Cr remained about 98%.Packing layer height of 45 cm was enough for reaching good pollutants removal rates.This study was useful for reuse of composite packing and saving resources.
