摘  要:目的 :探讨超声弹性成像对兔坐骨神经挤压伤的诊断价值。方法 :对40只兔坐骨神经挤压伤模型行常规超声及弹性成像检查,对其声像图表现及其神经内僵硬度进行分析,总结神经损伤随时间变化的规律。结果:超声可清晰显示兔坐骨神经挤压伤的位置、范围及厚度,第2周损伤区厚度达峰值,第8周恢复至正常。超声弹性成像显示损伤区神经僵硬度随时间延长逐渐增加。结论:常规超声结合弹性成像可全面、定量评估坐骨神经的形态变化及力学性能等,这可能对周围神经挤压伤的修复及康复治疗具有重要意义。Objective:To evaluate the value of ultrasound elastography of the rabbit sciatic nerve crush injury model.Methods:Forty rabbits of sciatic nerve crush injury were examined by conventional ultrasound and elastography.The sonographic manifestations and stiffness of the sciatic nerve were analyzed,and the regularity of nerve injury with time was summarized.Results:Ultrasound clearly showed the location,range and thickness of the injured sciatic nerve.The thickness of the injured area reached the peak in the 2nd week after injury,and returned to normal thickness in the 8th week.The elastography showed that the nerve stiffness of the injured area increased gradually with time.Conclusions:Conventional ultrasound combined with elastography can comprehensively and quantitatively evaluate the morphological changes and mechanical properties of the rabbit sciatic nerve,which may be of great significance to the repair and rehabilitation of peripheral nerve crush injuries.
