摘  要:针对风电并网可能产生的电压不稳定问题,充分结合FACTS技术的优势,提出一种将统一相间功率控制器(UIPC)和静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)联合应用于风电并网系统中的方法,以改善风电并网系统的暂态电压稳定性。该方法是在风电场与电网的连接线上串联统一相间功率控制器(UIPC),将静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)并联在风电场的母线上。利用UIPC调节风电场与电网之间的功率流动,并在系统发生短路故障时限制短路电流,以此降低故障发生时母线电压跌落的程度;同时使用STATCOM进行无功补偿,使电压得到及时地恢复。通过建立相应的仿真模型,利用UIPC和STATCOM对风电并网系统电压稳定性进行联合控制,结果表明该方法应用在风电并网系统中可以使系统暂态电压稳定性得到极大的加强。Aiming at the problem that voltage instability that may occur when wind power is connected to the grid,considering the advantages of FACTS technology,this paper proposes a method combining the unified interphase power controller(UIPC)and the static synchronous compensator(STATCOM)into the wind power grid-connected system to improve the transient voltage stability of the grid-connected system.This method connects the UIPC in series with the connection line between the wind farm and the power grid,and connects the STATCOM to the bus line of the wind farm.UIPC is adopted to adjust the power flow between the wind farm and power grid,and limit short-circuit current when the short-circuit failure occurs in the system,thereby reducing the degree of bus voltage drop when the fault occurs.STATCOM is used for reactive power compensation in order to restore voltage in time.By establishing the corresponding simulation model,the UIPC and STATCOM are utilized to jointly control the voltage stability of wind power grid-connected system,the results show that the proposed method can be used to enhance the transient voltage stability of the system.
