摘  要:三相电能表是电网公司进行电能计量的重要设备,建立其评价模型有着显著的意义。检定误差是评价三相电能表质量的指标之一,进行人工处理的工作量巨大。针对这些问题,提出了一种基于K-means++算法的三相电能表评价模型。定义了一种计量性能指标,综合考虑了与检定误差相关的因变量。针对三相电能表的四种检定条件,分别采用K-means++算法对计量性能指标进行聚类,得出四组结果。在此基础上建立了三相电能表厂家决策指标。给出评价模型在K>2时的一般推广。所提方法可为电网公司三相电能表厂家选择提供参考。Three-phase electric energy meter is an important equipment for grid company to conduct electric energy measurement.It is of great significance to establish its evaluation model.The verification error is one of the indicators for evaluating the quality of a three-phase electric energy meter,and the amount of manual processing is enormous.Aiming at these problems,a three-phase electric energy meter evaluation model based on K-means++algorithm is proposed in this paper.Firstly,a measurement performance indicator is defined,which takes into account the dependent variable related to the verification error.Subsequently,for the four verification conditions of the three-phase electric energy meter,the K-means++algorithm is used to cluster the measurement performance indicators,and four sets of results are obtained.On this basis,the decision-making indicators of three-phase electric energy meter manufacturers were established.Finally,the generalization of the evaluation model when the K value is greater than 2 is given.The proposed method can provide reference for the choosing of three-phase energy meter manufacturers of grid companies.
