摘  要:以声发射检测理论为基础,提出了一种基于局域均值分解的燃气管道泄漏定位方法.首先通过声发射检测系统采集管道泄漏信号,对泄漏信号进行局域均值分解,得到PF分量;然后通过计算各个PF分量的多尺度熵,提取含有主要泄漏信息的分量;最后对PF分量进行时频分析,得到时延差,通过互相关方法完成管道泄漏定位.实验结果表明:气体泄漏定位误差稳定在5%左右,而直接互相关定位误差为8%-9%,说明本文提出的方法可以更加精准的定位泄漏点位置.Based on the theory of acoustic emission detection,a gas pipeline leakage location method based on local mean decomposition(LMD)is proposed.Firstly,the pipeline leakage signal is collected by the acoustic emission detection system,and the leakage signal is decomposed by LMD to obtain the PF component.Then,the multi-scale entropy of each PF component is calculated to extract the component containing the main leakage information.Finally,the time-frequency analysis of the PF component is performed.The delay difference is obtained,and the pipeline leakage positioning is completed by the cross correlation method.The experimental results show that the gas leakage positioning error is stable at around 5%,and the direct cross-correlation positioning error is 8%-9%,which indicates that the proposed method can locate the leak point more accurately.
