摘 要:为解决超限过载状况下对机械的损坏等问题,防止坚硬的犁底层或石块、树根等对深松铲尖和铲柄以及单体机架的主要部件的过载破坏,通过对CMQ300型残膜清除机整机耕作阻力、单体作业过程受力、安全剪切销受力状态分析与理论计算,确立了安全过载保护结构形式与剪切销的材料、直径等主要参数,在CMQ300型残膜清除整地机械上设计了单体剪切销过载安全保护装置。经实地试验表明,该机构制造成本低,工作可靠,能够起到过载保护作用。In order to solve the problem of mechanical damage under overload condition and prevent overload failure of hard plough bottom layer or stone, tree root and so on to deep loose shovel tip and shovel handle and main parts of single frame, through the analysis of tillage resistance, single working process force, stress state analysis and safety shear pin force state of CMQ300 residual film removing machine By theoretical calculation, the main parameters such as the structure form of safety overload protection and the material and diameter of shear pin are established, and the single shear pin overload safety protection device is designed on the CMQ300 type residual film removal and preparation machinery. Field experiments show that the mechanism has low manufacturing cost, reliable work and can play the role of overload protection.
