摘 要:为有效防范斜巷运输跑车事故,对跑车防护装置运行原理进行分析,通过对巷道实际参数进行计算,设计机械常开混合式跑车防护装置,并进行试验和优化。应用结果表明:该装置成本低廉、性能稳定、安装简单,能有效解决绞车坡矿车运行安全问题,减少了矿车和跑车防护装置的维修成本。In order to effectively prevent the accident of inclined roadway transportation sports car, the operation principle of sports car protective device is analyzed. By calculating the actual parameters of roadway, the protective device of hybrid sports car is designed, and the test and optimization are carried out. The results show that the device can respond in time and effectively intercept the runaway mining vehicle. The device has low cost, stable performance and simple installation, which can effectively solve the safety problem of winch slope mining vehicle and reduce the maintenance cost of mine car and sports car protective device.
