摘　　要：变速器工作时发出噪音的大小是考核其自身性能的一项重要指标,噪音大严重影响变速器、整车的整体性能。通过分析组成变速器的齿轮、壳体、轴承、润滑油、螺栓的作用,分析在设计初期如何合理规避甚至解决噪音大的问题。The noise level of transmission is an important index to evaluate its performance. The noise greatly affects the whole performance of transmission and vehicle. By analyzing the function of gear, shell, bearing, lubricating oil and bolt which make up the transmission, this paper analyzes how to avoid or even solve the problem of noise at the beginning of design.
