矿用带式输送机液压自动张紧装置的分析

摘　　要：针对矿用带式输送机传统张紧装置在使用过程中输送带张紧力调节不合理、调节难度大、装置故障率高等技术难题,大同煤矿集团雁崖煤业公司技措队通过技术研究,分析了输送机传统张紧装置结构原理及主要存在的问题,提出了新型液压自动张紧装置,并在2307巷SSJ-800型带式输送机中投入使用。通过实际应用效果来看,该装置弥补了传统张紧装置存在的不足,有效保证了矿用带式输送机安全稳定运行,取得了显著应用成效。In view of the technical problems such as unreasonable tension adjustment, difficult adjustment and high failure rate of traditional belt tensioner used in mining belt conveyor, the technical team of yanya coal industry company of Datong coal mine group analyzed the structure principle and main problems of traditional tensioner of conveyor through technical research. A new type of hydraulic automatic tensioning device is put forward and put into use in the SSJ-800 belt conveyor of 2307 lane.
