采煤机摇臂齿轮箱故障诊断探析

摘　　要：摇臂齿轮箱作为采煤机的重要组成构件,由于受到多方因素的影响,极易出现各种类型的故障,严重制约了采煤机的正常使用。基于此,主要从采煤机摇臂齿轮箱结构分析入手,探究采煤机摇臂齿轮箱故障常用的诊断方法,利用振动分析法对齿轮箱的异常振动故障原因进行分析,并针对性地提出了降低采煤机摇臂齿轮箱故障的相关措施,以供借鉴。As an important component of shearer, rocker gear box is easy to appear various types of faults because of the influence of many factors, which seriously restricts the normal use of shearer. Based on the analysis of the structure of shearer’s rocker gear box, the common diagnosis method of shearer’s rocker gear box fault is explored, and the causes of abnormal vibration fault are analyzed by vibration analysis method.
