摘  要:介绍了工业无线IPCF漫游通讯功能在大型矿用挖掘机上下车部分控制信号传输上的首次应用,从现场无线传输元件布置、无线环境侦测、IPCF功能的设置以及信号漫游切换和信号强度的测试等方面进行了调试说明。作为一种新的设计方案解决了大型矿用挖掘机上下车信号传输传统集电环的容量受限和单一点对点无线传输信号不稳定的问题。This paper introduces the first application of the industrial wireless IPCF roaming communication function in the control signal transmission of the upper and lower parts of the large-scale mining shovel, and explains the debugging from the aspects of the layout of the field wireless transmission elements, the wireless environment detection,the setting of the IPCF function, the signal roaming switching and the test of the signal strength. As a new design scheme, it solves the questions of the capacity of traditional collector ring is limited and the wireless signal of point-to-point transmission is unstable in the large-scale mining shovel.
