摘　　要：针对矿用SGB型刮板输送机在使用过程中经常出现断链现象,导致刮板输送机故障率高、维修难度大、维修成本费用高,严重制约着采掘工作面安全高效生产的问题,大同煤矿集团雁崖煤业公司工程辅助队通过技术研究,对矿用刮板输送机出现断裂原因以及断裂危害进行分析,采用一套刮板输送机断链保护装置,并在2305系统巷SGB620-40T刮板输送机中进行实际应用,取得了显著的应用成效。In view of the frequent chain breakage phenomenon in the process of mining SGB scraper conveyor, which leads to the high failure rate, difficult maintenance and high maintenance cost, which seriously restricts the safe and efficient production of mining face, the engineering auxiliary team of Yanya coal industry company of Datong coal mine group analyzed the fracture cause and damage of mine scraper conveyor through technical research. By using a set of scraper conveyor chain break protection device, through the 2305 system lane SGB620-40T scraper conveyor practical application, achieved remarkable results.
