摘 要:介绍了洗煤厂在生产实践中水系统存在的问题,结合洗煤具体工艺,提出三种工艺优化措施,分别为优化矸石泥预先处理工艺、优化脱介水工艺流程和优化高频筛短路循环工艺。实践显示,这三种优化工艺每小时能够多排的煤泥量分别为3 t、4.06 t和0.375 t,每千克商品煤发热量分别提升了7 kcal、9 kcal和0.8 kcal,为洗煤厂创造了较好的经济效益和社会效益。This paper introduces the existing problems of water system in coal washing plant. Combined with the specific process of coal washing, three kinds of process optimization measures are put forward, which are pre-treatment process of gangue mud, optimization of process flow of removing water and short-circuit circulation process of high frequency sieve. The results show that the amount of coal slime can be increased by 3 t、4.06 t and 0.375 t,7 kcal、9 kcal and 0.8 per kilogram of commercial coal respectively.
