摘　　要：针对矿井设备列车快速稳装工艺进行了革新,将前后刮板机链子安装顺序进行调整,并改变了综采工作面高压电缆铺设工艺,对液压支架拆解专用拔销器进行研发与应用,完善了综采工作面大坡度切巷运输稳装技术,同时对大型搬家车辆进行了研究和改造,实践应用后,有效提高了综采工作面的稳装效率,减少员工的劳动强度,节省稳装成本,缩短稳装工期,保证了集团公司千万吨矿井综采工作面的安全、快速、高效搬家。According to the innovation of fast and steady loading technology of mine equipment train, the order of chain installation of front and back scraper is adjusted, the high-voltage cable laying technology of fully mechanized face is changed, the special pin pulling device for hydraulic support dismantling is developed and applied, and the technology of stable loading of large-scale moving vehicles is improved. After practical application, it can effectively improve the stable loading efficiency of fully mechanized mining face, reduce the labor intensity of employees, save the cost of steady loading, shorten the time limit of steady loading, and ensure the safe, fast and efficient moving of the fully mechanized mining face million tons of mine in the group company.
