摘　　要：针对同煤集团北辛窑矿8103工作面存在的问题,进行原因分析,提出支护优化方案来解决顶板支护问题。通过支设特殊液压支架后,不仅对顶板控制起到了很好的作用,而且降低了工人的劳动强度,降低了材料维修费用,提高了采煤机的开机率,保证了综采工作面的安全高效生产。The problems and reasons of 8103 working face in Beixinyao Mine of Tongmei Group are analyzed, and the support optimization scheme is put forward to solve the roof support problem. After supporting special hydraulic support, it not only plays a good role in roof control, but also reduces the labor intensity of workers, reduces the cost of material maintenance, improves the opening rate of shearer, and ensures the safe and efficient production of fully mechanized mining face.
