摘  要:以四台矿马家村回风井为例,在回风井口安装一套矿井回风换热扩散塔,将矿井回风中所蕴含的低温热能通过喷淋换热方式转移到循环液中,作为热泵系统的低温热源。该系统使用喷淋水吸收回风中的部分低温热量,经热泵机组压缩后变成45℃左右的热量给进风井供热,使进风井混合后的进风温度在18℃左右,满足进风井筒防冻用热需求。Taking the return air shaft of Majia village as an example, a set of mine return air heat transfer diffusion tower is installed at the mouth, and the low temperature heat energy contained in the mine return air is transferred to the circulating liquid by spraying heat transfer, which is used as the low temperature heat source of the heat pump system. the system uses spray water to absorb part of the low temperature heat in the return air. after compression of the heat pump unit, it becomes about 45℃ of heat to heat the inlet air well, so that the inlet air temperature after mixing the inlet air well is about 18℃. meet the heat demand of the inlet air shaft tube for antifreeze.
