摘  要:针对带式输送机实际使用中存在的诸多问题进行分析,对带式输送机运输监控系统的变频器、环网系统等各组成部件分别进行设计和研究,并将改进后的监控系统在同煤集团马脊梁矿中进行试验运行。结果表明:该监控系统稳定可靠,可以有效降低皮带输送机的故障率,缩短故障排除时间,为企业节省了人工成本和机器故障损耗费用。According to the analysis of many problems existing in the actual use of belt conveyor, the frequency converter and ring network system of belt conveyor transportation monitoring system are designed and studied separately, and the improved monitoring system is then tested and operated with the Majiliang mine of coal group. The results show that the monitoring system is stable and reliable, which can effectively reduce the failure rate of belt conveyor, shorten the troubleshooting time, and save labor cost and machine fault loss cost for enterprises.
