摘　　要：针对煤矿原有6 kV高压开关控制器进行升级优化设计。分析了控制器漏电保护、电流保护、高低压保护和绝缘监视保护原理,介绍了优化设计的控制器软硬件结构,采用了初测和精测相结合的数据测量方法,保证了测量数据的快速性和保护动作的准确性。Aiming at the upgrading and optimization design of the original 6 kV high voltage switch controller in coal mine, the principle of leakage protection, current protection, high and low voltage protection and insulation monitoring protection of the controller is analyzed, the hardware and software structure of the controller is introduced, and the data measurement method combined with initial test and fine test is adopted to ensure the rapidity of the measurement data and the accuracy of the protection action.
