摘 要:[目的/意义]针对具有语言评价信息的数字图书馆馆藏评价问题,提出一种基于云模型的数字图书馆馆藏综合评价方法。[方法/过程]首先,采用云模型表示数字图书馆馆藏的语言评价信息,在此基础上形成云模型综合评价矩阵;其次,利用Hamming距离测度云模型的差异性,并基于差异驱动原理的赋权法确定各评价指标的权重;然后,基于云的加权算术平均算子对评价信息进行综合集成,以此得到各方案的最终评价值并排序;最后,选取某数字图书馆馆藏评价实例进行分析。[结果/结论]该方法能够充分考虑语言评价信息的模糊性和随机性,可使评价结果更加贴近客观现实。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to propose a new comprehensive evaluation method of digital library collection based on cloud model,aiming at the evaluation issues of digital library collection with the linguistic evaluation information.[Method/process]Firstly,the paper uses cloud model to represent the linguistic evaluation information of digital library collection,and then develops the comprehensive evaluation matrix of cloud model.Secondly,it uses the Hamming distance to measure the difference of cloud model,and determine the weights of the evaluation indexes based on the weighting method with the principle of difference drive.Thirdly,it aggregates the evaluation information based on the cloud weighted arithmetic average operator,so as to get the final evaluation values and ranking of all the solution.Finally,it takes a digital library collection as example to carry out analysis.[Result/conclusion]This method can fully consider the fuzziness and randomness of linguistic evaluation information,which could make the evaluation result more realistic.
