摘  要:多自由度叶片测量机目前以三坐标测量机(CMM)为主流,主要是通过上位机传输用户的需求给运动控制卡,再通过运动控制卡进行对三坐标,X轴、Y轴、Z轴的步进电机进行控制,利用末端装载的接触探针(探球)或其他激光设备对被测件进行测量,从而反馈给用户被测件的具体数据,由用户来进行进一步的判断该件能否应用于工程当中。其具有测量精度高,自由度高等特点,被广泛应用于工程当中。但是由于测量速度慢,测量技术更新迟缓,在一定程度上限制了多自由度叶片测量机设备以及测量方法的发展。本文综述了近年来多自由度叶片测量机设备与测量技术的发展,并讨论限制其发展的原因合今后发展的方向。At present,CMM is the mainstream of multi degree of freedom blade measuring machine.It mainly transmits the user’s demand to the motion control card through the upper computer,then controls the stepper motor of three axis,x-axis,Y-axis and z-axis through the motion control card,and uses the contact probe(probe ball)or other laser equipment loaded at the end to measure the measured part,so as to feed back to the user The specific data of the measured part is further judged by the user whether it can be applied to the project.It is widely used in engineering because of its high measurement accuracy and high degree of freedom.However,due to the slow measurement speed and slow update of measurement technology,the development of multi degree of freedom blade measuring machine equipment and measurement method is limited to a certain extent.In this paper,the development of equipment and measurement technology of multi degree of freedom blade measuring machine in recent years is reviewed,and the reasons of restricting its development and the future development direction are discussed.
