摘　　要：随着信息化进程的推进,企业IT运维管理工作日益复杂,为了确保异构软硬件系统能够稳定运行,同时保障数字化转型实现快速、协调、可持续发展,企业必须建立一套IT运维管理体系,实现企业IT资源一体化管控,全面提升各部门协同管理、高效运作的能力,从而持续推进企业的信息化建设。基于此,笔者重点分析了企业IT运维管理的现状,并提出了ISO20000体系实践方法,最后对IT运维管理进行了展望。With the advancement of information technology,enterprise IT operation and maintenance management is becoming more and more complex.In order to ensure the stable operation of heterogeneous software and hardware systems,and ensure the rapid,coordinated and sustainable development of digital transformation,enterprises must establish a set of it operation and maintenance management system,realize the integrated management and control of enterprise IT resources,and comprehensively improve the ability of collaborative management and efficient operation of various departments Continue to promote the informatization construction of enterprises.Based on this,the author analyzes the current situation of enterprise IT operation and maintenance management,and puts forward the practice method of ISO20000 system.Finally,it operation and maintenance management is prospected.
