连续性血液净化在急性重症中毒抢救中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究连续性血液净化在急性重症中毒抢救中的应用效果。方法将2015年1月—2019年12月间在该院接受抢救的急性重症中毒患者纳入研究对象,共38例,随机选出19例患者组成对照组行常规综合治疗,剩余19例患者组成观察组行持续性血液净化治疗,检测对照组和观察组治疗前后生命体征指标和实验室指标,对比分析临床治疗效果。结果治疗前,对照组HR(123.12±15.21)次/min,DBP(57.12±10.87)mmHg,SBP(105.74±22.24)mmHg,SpO2(83.32±10.87)%,观察组HR(124.02±14.98)次/min,DBP(57.14±10.92)mmHg,SBP(105.77±22.28)mmHg,SpO2(84.02±10.86)%(t=0.184、0.006、0.004、0.199,P>0.05);治疗后,对照组HR(93.52±12.35)次/min,DBP(60.21±8.94)mmHg,SBP(111.02±10.25)mmHg,SpO2(89.01±0.03)%,观察组HR(85.43±10.14)次/min,DBP(74.87±8.12)mmHg,SBP(126.32±18.40)mmHg,SpO2(95.47±2.21)%(t=2.207、5.291、3.166、12.740,P<0.05);与对照组(68.42%)相比,观察组治疗总有效率(94.74%)更高(χ^2=4.378,P<0.05)。结论对于急性重症中毒抢救患者,连续性血液净化效果极佳,可有效改善患者各项生命体征,保证患者生命安全。Objective To explore the effect of continuous blood purification in the rescue of acute severe poisoning.Methods A total of 38 patients with acute severe poisoning who were rescued in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2019 were included in the study.19 patients were randomly selected to form a control group for routine comprehensive treatment,and the remaining 19 patients in the observation group underwent continuous blood purification treatment.The vital signs and laboratory indexes of the control group and the observation group before and after treatment were tested,and the clinical treatment effect was compared and analyzed.Results Before treatment,the control group had HR(123.12±15.21)times/min,DBP(57.12±10.87)mmHg,SBP(105.74±22.24)mmHg,SpO2(83.32±10.87)%,observation group HR(124.02±14.98)times/min,DBP(57.14±10.92)mmHg,SBP(105.77±22.28)mmHg,SpO2(84.02±10.86)%(t=0.184,0.006,0.004,0.199,P<0.05);after treatment,the control group HR(93.52±12.35)times/min,DBP(60.21±8.94)mmHg,SBP(111.02±10.25)mmHg,SpO2(89.01±0.03)%,observation group HR(85.43±10.14)times/min,DBP(74.87±8.12)mmHg,SBP(126.32±18.40)mmHg,SpO2(95.47±2.21)%(t=2.207,5.291,3.166,12.740,P<0.05);compared with the control group(68.42%),the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(94.74%)Higher(χ^2=4.378,P<0.05).Conclusion For the rescued patients with acute severe poisoning,the continuous blood purification effect is excellent,which can effectively improve the patient's vital signs and ensure the safety of the patient's life.
