膈下逐瘀汤加减方治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析膈下逐瘀汤加减方治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床效果。方法随机数字表法对58例慢性乙型肝炎患者分组,时间2018年10月—2019年10月,每组29例,对照组接受抗病毒治疗,实验组在此基础上接受膈下逐瘀汤加减方治疗,观察临床效果。结果实验组临床有效率96.55%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.060,P<0.05,)。治疗前,两组患者临床症状积分、肝纤维化四项水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者胁痛积分(1.05±0.18)分,腹胀积分(1.21±0.19)分,乏力积分(1.43±0.36)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.450、10.500、4.520,P<0.05)。实验组患者IVC水平(67.00±15.19)ng/mL,LN水平(121.23±20.36)ng/mL,HA水平(149.00±56.85)ng/mL,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.450、3.440、3.210,P<0.05)。实验组患者PC-Ⅲ水平(13.88±3.45)ng/mL,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.430,P<0.05)。结论膈下逐瘀汤加减方治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化,可显著提高临床疗效,改善临床症状及纤维化治疗,值得推荐。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Gexia Zhuyu Decoction Jiajian recipe on chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis.Methods Random number table method was used to group 58 patients with chronic hepatitis B from October 2018 to October 2019.Each group had 29 patients.The control group received antiviral treatment,and the experimental group received Gexia Zhuyu decoction plus Gexia Zhuyu treatment and observe the clinical effect.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 96.55%,which was higher than that of the control group(χ^2=4.060,P<0.05,).Before treatment,the four levels of clinical symptom scores and liver fibrosis were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the patients in the experimental group had a score of(1.05±0.18)points and a score of abdominal distension(1.21±0.19)points,the fatigue score(1.43±0.36)was lower than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(t=12.450,10.500,4.520,P<0.05).IVC level(67.00±15.19)ng/mL,LN level(121.23±20.36)ng/mL,HA level(149.00±56.85)ng/mL in the experimental group were lower than the control group,with statistical significance(t=3.450,1.440,0.210,P<0.05).The PC-Ⅲlevel in the experimental group(13.88±3.45)ng/mL was higher than that in the control group,which was statistically significant(t=4.430,P<0.05).Conclusion Gexia Zhuyu decoction modified recipe for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,improve clinical symptoms and fibrosis treatment,and it is worth recommending.
