急性脑血栓形成动脉溶栓的护理体会

摘　　要：目的阐述急性脑血栓形成动脉溶栓的护理体会。方法选择该院2017年5月—2019年11月收治的急性脑血栓形成患者50例作为研究对象,对其进行动脉溶栓治疗,观察治疗前后患者的NIHSS评分变化。结果在治疗之前,患者的NIHSS平均评分为(14.7±3.2)分。在治疗完成24 h之后,患者的NIHSS平均评分为(4.9±0.8)分,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(t=9.872,P=0.017)。同时,在该研究中,针对急性脑血栓形成患者进行治疗的有效率达到98%。结论通过动脉溶栓治疗和护理,能够有效降低患者的NIHSS评分,改善患者的血液循环和血管再通情况,并在这一基础上帮助患者更加快速地康复,提升治疗有效率。从这一角度看,动脉溶栓法在急性脑血栓形成的治疗中具有比较大的应用价值。Objective To elaborate the nursing experience of arterial thrombolysis for acute cerebral thrombosis.Methods 50 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis treated in the hospital from May 2017 to November 2019 as the research object were selected,and treated them with arterial thrombolysis,and observed the changes of NIHSS scores of patients before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the patient's average NIHSS score was(14.7±3.2)points.After 24 hours of treatment,the average NIHSS score of the patient was(4.9±0.8)points,and the difference of comparison of the two groups of data was statistically significant(t=9.872,P=0.017).At the same time,in this study,the effective rate of treatment for patients with acute cerebral thrombosis reached 98%.Conclusion Through arterial thrombolysis treatment and care,it can effectively reduce the patient's NIHSS score,improve the patient's blood circulation and vascular recanalization,and on this basis,help patients recover faster and improve the treatment efficiency.From this perspective,arterial thrombolysis is of great value in the treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis.
