摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA模式品管圈(QCC)活动对新生儿脓疱疮发生率及家属护理满意度的影响。方法选取河南省某医院2016年6月-2017年12月接生的51例足月新生儿作为对照组,选取2018年1月-2019年6月接收的51例足月新生儿作为观察组。对照组新生儿给予常规护理,观察组新生儿在对照组基础上开展PDCA模式QCC活动,比较2组新生儿脓疱疮发生率、家属护理满意度、观察组实施PDCA模式QCC活动前后圈成员综合能力评分。结果观察组新生儿脓疱疮发生率为0.00%,低于对照组的11.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组PDCA模式QCC活动实施后圈成员专业知识、团队精神、服务意识、解决问题能力评分均高于活动实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿家属护理满意度为96.08%,高于对照组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA模式QCC活动有助于降低新生儿脓疱疮发生率,提升护理人员护理综合能力及家属护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA mode quality control circle(QCC)activity on the inci-dence of abscess and the satisfaction of family nursing.Methods Fifty one full-term newborns received in a hospital in Henan Province from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the control group,and 51 full-term newborns received from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the observation group.The neonates in the control group were given routine nursing,and the observation group carried out PDCA mode QCC activities on the basis of the control group to compare the incidence of abscess in the two groups,the satisfaction of family nursing,and the QCC of PDCA mode in the observation group activity before and after the circle members comprehensive ability score.Results The incidence of neonatal abscess in the observation group was 0.00%,lower than 11.76%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the score of professional knowledge,team spirit,service consciousness and problem-solving ability of the members in the observation group higher than that before activity implementation,the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the family members of the observation group was 96.08%,higher than that of the control group of 76.47%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA pattern QCC activity can help reduce the incidence of neonatal pustular sores,improve the nursing staff’s comprehensive nursing abili-ty and family members’nursing satisfaction.
