黄河鲤鱼幼鱼对3种水产药物的耐受性研究

摘　　要：为了研究二氧化氯、甲醛和高锰酸钾对平均体重为(8.76±0.78)g的黄河鲤鱼幼鱼的安全浓度,在pH 7.92、溶解氧≥7.06 mg/L、水温(23±1.5)℃的条件下,进行二氧化氯、甲醛和高锰酸钾对黄河鲤鱼幼鱼的静水急性毒性试验。结果表明:二氧化氯对黄河鲤鱼幼鱼的24、48、72和96小时的半致死浓度为25.50 mg/L、22.6 mg/L、21.97 mg/L和20.90 mg/L,安全质量浓度为5.37mg/L;甲醛对黄河鲤鱼幼鱼的24、48、72和96小时的半致死浓度为131.25 mg/L、107.31 mg/L、102.04 mg/L和196.58 mg/L,安全质量浓度为21.52 mg/L;高锰酸钾对黄河鲤鱼幼鱼的24、48、72和96小时的半致死浓度为5.10 mg/L、4.79 mg/L、4.46 mg/L和4.18 mg/L,安全质量浓度为1.27 mg/L。说明3种药物对黄河鲤鱼幼鱼的急性毒性强弱依次为高锰酸钾>二氧化氯>甲醛。Under the static water condition,the acute toxicity effect of chlorine dioxide,formaldehyde and potassium permanganate to juvenile Huanghe Cyprinus carpio with average weight of(8.762±0.78)g was studied at water temperature of(23±1.5)℃,pH 7.92,dissolved oxygen(DO)>7.06 mg/L.The results showed that the median-lethal concentration(LC50)of chlorine dioxide was 25.50 mg/L in 24h,22.66 mg/L in 48h,21.97 mg/L in 72h and 20.90 mg/L in 96h,with safe concentration(SC)of 5.37 mg/L.The LC50 of formaldehyde was 131.25 mg/L in 24h,107.31 mg/L in 48h,102.04 mg/L in 72h and 96.58 mg/L in 96h,with the SC of 21.52 mg/L.TTie(LC50)of potassium permanganate to juvenile Huanghe Cyprinus carpio was 5.10 mg/L,4.79 mg/L,4.46 mg/L and 4.18 mg/L at 24h,48h,72h and 96h respectively,with the SC of 1.27 mg/L.The order of toxicity of the three drugs to juvenile Huanghe Cyprinus carpio was potassium permanganate>chlorine dioxide>formaldehyde.
