摘 要:目的验证并分析实验室对食品中沙门菌的检验能力。方法按照《沙门菌检验作业指导书》要求,进行NIFDC-PT-135的3份巧克力样品的前处理,按照GB 4789.4—2016《食品安全国家标准食品微生物检验沙门氏菌检验》进行沙门菌的分离和生化鉴定,并以VITEK 2 Compact全自动微生物分析仪对分离出的可疑菌落进行复核鉴定。结果NIFDC-PT-135的3份巧克力,CODE0038样品中检出沙门菌双相亚利桑那亚种;CODE0053样品和CODE0647样品中均检出奇异变形杆菌,未检出沙门菌。VITEK 2 Compact全自动微生物分析仪复核鉴定结果完全一致。结论本次实验室对巧克力中沙门菌检测能力验证结果合格,验证过程对于提高实验室的检测能力产生了积极作用,亦为提高其他微生物检测能力提供了参考。Objective To verify and analyze the laboratory's ability to test Salmonella.Methods The pre-treatment of 3 samples of NIFDC-PT-135 chocolate samples was implemented according to the operation instructions.The isolation and identification of Salmonella were conducted in accordance with GB 4789.4—2016 National Food Safety Standard-Food Microbiological Examination-Salmonella,and the biochemical identification of suspected isolated colonies was carried out by VITEK 2 Compact automatic microorganism rapid detection and analysis system.Results The 3 samples of NIFDC-PT-135 chocolate samples,Salmonella biphasic Arizona subspecies were detected in sample CODE0038.Proteus mirabilis were detected in both the sample CODE0053 and the sample CODE0647,but no Salmonella was detected.The results of VITEK 2 Compact fully automatic microorganism analyzer review and appraisal were exactly the same.Conclusion The test results of Salmonella in chocolate of the laboratory are qualified.The verification process has played a positive role in improving the detection ability of the laboratory,and also provided reference for improving the detection ability of other microorganisms.
