血清降钙素原检测对慢性肾衰竭伴细菌感染的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血清降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)检测对慢性肾衰竭伴细菌感染的诊断价值。方法选取2017年6月-2018年12月在本院就诊的慢性肾衰竭患者89例,均接受血清PCT、白细胞计数(white blood cell,WBC)及超敏C-反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)水平检测,并以临床诊断结果为金标准,比较慢性肾衰竭和慢性肾衰竭伴细菌感染患者的血清PCT水平。结果PCT诊断慢性肾衰竭伴细菌感染的准确性(92.13%)明显高于hs-CRP诊断准确性(75.28%)及WBC诊断准确性(82.02%)(P<0.05);慢性肾衰竭伴细菌感染患者血清PCT水平明显高于慢性肾衰竭患者(P<0.05)。结论血清PCT检测在慢性肾衰竭伴细菌感染中具有重要的价值,可提高临床诊断的准确性及敏感性,为治疗方案的确定提供理论基础。Objective To investigate the value of serum procalcitonin(PCT)detection in the diagnosis of chronic renal failure(CRF)with bacterial infection.Methods A total of 89 CRF patients in our hospital were selected from June 2017 to December 2018 for the detection of serum PCT,white blood cell(WBC),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP).The clinical diagnosis was taken as the gold standard,and the serum PCT levels were compared between CRF patients and bacterial infection patients.Results The accuracy of PCT(92.13%)was higher than that of hs-CRP(75.28%)and WBC(82.02%)in the diagnosis of CRF with bacterial infection(P<0.05).The serum PCT level of CRF patients with bacterial infection was higher than that of CRF patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum PCT detection has important value in the diagnosis of CRF with bacterial infection,it can increase the clinical diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity,and provide theoretical basis for treatment regimen.
