“一带一路”背景下贸易便利化与中国水产品出口的关联研究

摘　　要：本文运用2009-2017年世界经济论坛发布的《全球竞争力报告》和海关数据库公布的中国对沿线各国水产品出口贸易数据,通过主成分分析的方法构建贸易便利化综合水平,并基于引力模型,采用系统广义矩估计方法研究贸易便利化对中国水产品出口的影响。研究结果表明:贸易便利化水平对中国水产品出口具有显著促进作用;其中,各分项指标对水产品出口的影响程度不同,从大到小依次为电子商务、海关效率、基础设施建设和制度环境;沿线各国GDP和汇率对水产品出口具有显著促进作用,地理距离和贸易关税则起着阻碍作用,人口因素影响并不显著。针对于此,本文也提出了相应政策建议。This paper uses the Global Competitiveness Report published by the World Economic Forum 2009-2017 and the export trade data of China’s aquatic products to the countries along the line published by the customs database. By using the principal component analysis method, the comprehensive level of trade facilitation is constructed. Based on the Gravity Model, The systematic generalized moment estimation is used to study the impact of trade facilitation on China’s aquatic product exports. The research results show that the level of trade facilitation has a significant role in promoting the export of aquatic products in China. Among them, the impact of each sub-indicator on the export of aquatic products is different. From large to small, it is e-commerce, customs efficiency, infrastructure construction and the institutional environment;the GDP and exchange rate of the countries along the line have a significant role in promoting the export of aquatic products, geographical distance and trade tariffs are hindering, and the impact of population factors is not significant. In response to this, the author also puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.
