摘 要:以玻化微珠为骨料,黏土、硼砂为基质,低温烧结制备轻质高强复合材料,研究了基质/骨料质量比对试样的显微结构和性能的影响。结果表明:随着基质/骨料质量比增加,试样的密度、耐压强度和热导率增加,而气孔率降低。玻化微珠复合材料的体积密度为0.62g/cm3~0.88g/cm3,耐压强度为7.5MPa^20.1MPa,热导率为0.132W/(m·K)~0.210W/(m·K),可广泛应用于保温承重建筑材料领域。Lightweight and high-strength vitrified bead composite is prepared by low temperature sintering using glazed hollow bead as aggregate,clay and borax as matrix.The effects of mass ratio of matrix to aggregate on micro⁃structure and properties of the specimens are investigated.The results show that with the increase of mass ratio of matrix to aggregate,the bulk density,compressive strength and thermal conductivity increase,but the porosity de⁃crease.The vitrified bead composite has a density of 0.62g/cm3~0.88g/cm3,compressive strength of 7.5~20.1MPa and thermal conductivity of 0.132W/(m·K)~0.210W/(m·K),which can be widely used in the field of load-bear⁃ing and insulating building material.
