摘　　要：对烧结砖行业转型升级中面临的问题,如燃料结构、原材料性能以及与工艺设备之间关系、环境保护与生产工艺过程之间关系、标准制定与合理生产工艺之间关系、隧道窑合理结构与合理焙烧制度之间关系、干燥室与隧道窑之间关系、挤出机配置与整线自动化控制之间关系等问题进行深层次的探讨和重新认识。This paper discusses the problems in transformation and upgrading of fired brick industry,such as the fu⁃el structure,the performance of raw materials and the relationship with process equipment,the relationship between environmental protection and production processes,the relationship between standard setting and reasonable pro⁃duction processes,the reasonable structure of tunnel kiln and issues such as the relationship between the reason⁃able firing system,the relationship between the drying chamber and the tunnel kiln,the relationship between the configuration of the extruder and the automatic control of the entire production line.
